Pipe Dream Mechanical Inc.

Who We Are

Pipe Dream Mechanical is a woman-owned mechanical piping contractor serving New York City and the surrounding metropolitan area. Our field and office staff bring more than 30 years of experience in NYC mechanical piping. We combine that experience with a family-oriented, professional and personal way of doing business.

What We Do

We handle projects of every size, from small commercial fit-outs to large industrial and institutional work, including complete heating and cooling plants. We also have a proven record on data center projects, where uptime is critical and schedules are tight, delivering complete work on time and within budget. Whether it's a single tenant floor or a full central plant, every job gets the same attention to detail, planning and craftsmanship.

How We Work

Our estimating and drafting staff work in-house, so we control the details from the first take-off to the final shop drawing. That means accurate pricing, coordinated drawings and a smooth handoff to the field. Clients work directly with people who know their project, answer the phone and follow through.

We Thrive on Challenges

The most complex, technical and demanding projects are where we do our best work. Tight schedules, occupied buildings, mission-critical data centers and intricate systems don't slow us down. They're why we got into this business.
